As a Psychotherapist and Corporate Coach, and having conducted a private psychotherapy practice and executive coaching practice alongside each other for 20 years, I have been able to build a deeper more expansive layer of insight and understanding of the corporate mind and the minefield of corporate life, with the pitfalls and pressures that impinge upon the individual.
This experience has seen me create a method of working that can be described as 'psychologically informed coaching' allowing me to apply methods and principals of psychotherapy to the realm of executive coaching.
A central issue in corporate life is the tension and conflict that forms between the personal self and the corporate self.
When the personal self and the corporate self become split there is a strong tendency for the individual to lose sight of his core values and true sense of self.
The principle aim of Integrative Corporate Coaching is to work with this conflict and tension on the way towards developing a fully integrated and cohesive corporate mind, aligned to the needs, aspirations and goals of the individual as well as to those of the company.
Integrative Corporate Coaching works on the belief that by holding both ends of this polarity there is a natural tendency towards integration and cohesion
Integrative Corporate Coaching
- creates a higher level of functioning and performance out of a greater sense of self-awareness, balance and fulfillment.
-
it opens the door to greater possibilities, in relation to goals, achievement and fulfillment - the processing of old material from the past, creating more space for the new to come in.
