The Integrative Corporate Coaching Programme is a tailored series of sessions designed to guide the executive through a developmental process of resolution, growth, and change. The presenting issues may centre around:

the general need to develop and maximize work performance while increasing levels of happiness and fulfillment.

a focused view on career development, options or possibilities within the company.

a preparation towards promotion, change of role or, in some cases, redundancy.

a resolution around personal issues, past and present, that may be effecting work performance.

a focus on issues arising from work appraisal or 360 degree feedback.

a dissolving and resolving feelings of stagnation, loss of interest, passion or fulfillment.

a specific focus on and working through a personal crisis : illness, divorce or bereavement.
It is designed to provide a support system in which there is safety and confidentiality and, in particular, a ground distinct from the work environment - a place in which one can explore, unfold and reach a level of honesty with oneself. The coach will become an important ally in the process of confrontation, self examination, processing, new choices, responsibilities and change.
Two fee structures are available for the programme : corporate or private.
